Refund and Replacement Policy

 

Returns/Replacements are acceptable under these specifications:

  • the item delivered to you was incorrect
  • the item was delivered damaged
  • the item has a manufacturing defect

If any of these specifications apply to you, please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving the package. If you want, we will replace the item for you at no extra cost. No returns or replacements will be entertained after the order has been processed EXCEPT of said given conditions. Once a return/exchange ticket is raised, kindly ship the package securely and share the proof/tracking details with us within 5 days.

Returns or Replacements will not be accepted if:

  • the item was custom-made for you
  • the item was not returned in the condition it was received
  • the item was used or altered

When can I expect Refund: 

In cases of returns, you can expect a refund within 7-10 days via the same getaway payment was made.

How to initiate the Return/Replacement process?

Email us your Order Number along with the reason for return within 48 hours of receiving your package. After your request has been reviewed, we will send you a confirmation to initiate the process. We request you to send us the package back using a reliable courier service bearing the cost and provide us with tracking information.

When will I receive the Replacement?

Once we receive the returned package, our team will recheck the product’s state and the reasons for its return. After the product is confirmed for being eligible for a Replacement:

  • in case of Replacement- Replacement package will be dispatched within 7 days
