SHIPPING

We usually take 2-3 working weeks to process an order. If we have your order piece in your size in stock, we can ship on the next working day on request However, some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, which takes a longer time. Once your item has been processed and dispatched it is usually delivered within 2-4 working days*.
*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.fishcanfly.in cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.

 

CUSTOMISATION

All customization orders require a prior deposit of 20% of the order value in case of COD(Cash on Delivery) orders, payable via bank transfer. Selecting the COD option and checking out does not complete the purchase process. Only when the 20% deposit has been paid, will the order be processed by us.

ORDERING MULTIPLE PRODUCTS

If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we shall do the needful.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of www.fishcanfly.in by inserting the tracking number supplied.
